How much do services cost?

We are an NDIS service provider, and we follow all the guidelines from the NDIS price guide to charge. The cost of services depends on the time and day of delivery of support and which categories are available in your NDIS Plan. In some cases, we can negotiate the cost of services depending on the circumstances of our participants. Please send us details email to discuss the further.     

How quickly we can organize support?

Organizing support requires initial meetings with the participant and family involved in the meeting. We take our participant support very seriously and we make sure all information is gathered before we organize to support. As soon as we have an initial meeting, we organize paperwork and organize support worker meet and greet sessions. In most cases, turnaround time is very quick depending on how quickly we get a response back from participants/advocates. 

Do you provide transport services?

Yes, we provide transport services to access the community for attending medical and general appointments, attending schools, access to the shops, meeting friends, respite care travel, and others as required by participants. 

Are your services flexible?

Our services are very flexible.  If you are unwell or not feeling like taking services on the day that’s absolutely normal. We completely understand and offer you a replacement day or time for the support. It means you will still have services on other days or times without having to cancel the support.
