Sunlight Disability Care offers Personal Training sessions to reach your health and fitness goals. Our Personal Trainer staff carefully designs exercise sessions that can be delivered in 1:1 and group settings. These sessions are carefully designed as per the individual health requirements.

  1. Individualized Plan:- Our personal trainer design and implement a workout plan as per the participant’s current health conditions. We offer FREE health assessments before training and collect as much information from participants to design effective sessions. All information collected is secure and safe and we do not share this information with anyone.
  2. Short to Long Smart Goal settings:-Our certified personal trainer assists the participant to achieve personal health goals. We believe in making smart and long-term goals. We do not promote a “fad diet” to achieve health goals. 
  3. Flexibility:-  Our participants are free to choose Personal training sessions in their own Homes or can book sessions in their favorite gyms. Our personal trainers are flexible with time and hours too. 
  4. Exercise Variety:- Our sessions are based on fun-filled activities. It means we do not always use the same types of equipment for workouts. We always introduce a variety of exercises within the session such as laughing exercises, clapping, counting, and mind coordination workouts. Would like to know more then BOOK session.
  5. Nutritional Advise:-Personal trainer is not a nutritionist or a dietitian, so they cannot provide or recommend a meal plan for their participants, especially for clients who have underlying medical conditions. However personal trainers are allowed to provide general nutritional advice, which many clients may find very valuable.
