Position Available: Female Disability Support Worker – Moora Region

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Disability Support Worker to join our team in the Moora region. This role includes a FIFO (Fly-In-Fly-Out) arrangement, offering a balanced schedule of one week on, followed by one week off, with a guarantee of 40 hours of work per week during your on weeks.

Requirements:

Reliable Transportation: Must possess a reliable vehicle to ensure punctuality and dependability.
Experience Necessary: Previous experience working with individuals with autism and psychosocial challenges is essential.
Credentials: Relevant qualifications and certifications in the field of disability support are preferable.

You must have the following documents to secure a Disability Support Position with our organisation

What you will bring:

    • Hold or be working towards obtaining a qualification in disability support (preferred)
    • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
    • Valid Police Clearance
    • Valid Working with Rights and 100-Point ID 
    • Current driver’s license and registered vehicle (mandatory requirement)
    •  NDIS worker screening clearance.  
    • Current First Aid Certificate (mandatory requirement)
    • NDIS Worker Orientation Module (mandatory requirement);
    • Preferably previous experience supporting people with a range of behavioral concerns and needs
    • Mobile phone with Internet 
    • Be willing and available for call-in shifts. 
    • Proof of COVID vaccination
